Frequently Asked Questions
What is coaching?
Coaching is future focused. It bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to get to.
The coaching relationship operates within a confidential space where you will be asked powerful questions to deepen your awareness of your situation. Coaching recognises the strengths, tools and resourcefulness of the individual, empowering you to see the way forward.
Coaching is not counselling or therapy, we do not advise nor focus on the past however, it is powerful and often has a therapeutic effect. Coaching moves the individual forward to where they want to get to, often far quicker than if they were working alone.
Will you tell me what to do?
I won't give you advice or tell you what to do but through the questions I ask you will discover what actions you need to take to move you closer to your goals and aspirations.
Is coaching right for me?
I offer a free 30 minute consultation so why not book in a call and we can explore what it is that you are looking for and whether what I offer is right for you.
How many sessions will I need?
I offer various packages, and what I offer is tailored to the needs of each individual. Have a look at the various coaching options and if you are unsure please get in touch and I would be happy to discuss the ways in which we might work together.
Where do the sessions take place?
The sessions can take place over zoom or in person in my pod nestled amongst the trees in Tunbridge Wells.
Are results guaranteed?
Coaching is a powerful intervention supporting the client to navigate from where they are, to where they want to get to, often far quicker than if they were working alone, however results are not guaranteed. I cannot change your life, only you can do that, but what I can do is to support you to make the changes that you want to see in your life. I have worked with many women and if you take a look at my testimonial page it will give you a good idea of what clients have achieved though working with me.
What are your fees?
I offer various ways of working with me, full details and fees can be found on the website under the main menu.
